My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Maria for the purchase of our new home in Dekalb. We were out of state buyers and Maria accommodated us by doing a video walkthrough of the house before we made the long trip here to look at it in person. She was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. When there was a water issue in our basement before we moved in, Maria and her husband came over to deal with it. She also took out the trash bins for us before we moved in. She also arranged for us to do a remote closing. Her actions went above and beyond what would be expected."

"Maria was amazing from day 1. She was very helpful and realistic about what the market looked like. The first day we met we were already viewing a houses! Within 2 weeks she found us a house and we closed and moved in a few weeks after that. It all happened so fast.
She was very knowledgable about the market as well as with how the loan process works. She knew who to network with and helped us get in touch with the right people. She also answered every question we had and really helped us understand the ins and outs of home buying. We feel truly blessed to have been able to work with Maria and cannot wait to continue being her clients in the future!

In negotiations, she found creative ways to give the sellers what they wanted while protecting our interests. She also worked with us to find a mortgage officer and lawyers who suggested some ways to deal with our situation that we would have never known were possible.
